Melinda Levy-Storms is the chief operation officer for Dawson Oil Company.
She began her career with FedEx, where she started in customer service and ended in senior management after 16 years. While still with FedEx, Melinda attended McGeorge School of Law and subsequently joined the Weintraub Tobin Law Firm as an associate attorney. In 2004, Melinda joined the Niello Company as in-house counsel where she combined her passions for leadership, business, and sales. Her role at the Niello Company also encompassed HR, compliance, and risk mitigation for all areas of the company.
Melinda is VP for the Sacramento Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and holds a SPHR certification from the Society for Human Resources Management and a CCEP certification from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
Melinda serves on the boards of the Association of Dealership Compliance Officers and the National Association of Dealership Counsel. Melinda is also of counsel for the law firm Robards & Sterns, PC.
Her son, who she co-parents with Mary Maguire and Maureen Smith, attends Country Day.
