Amy Johnson is the Co-Founder and CFO of SkyLine Scaffold, Inc., a Sacramento-based family-owned scaffolding company.  Currently, she is President of the Scaffold and Access Industry Association Education Foundation, a 501c3, and a member of Vistage International, Inc., a CEO Peer Advisory Board.

Amy obtained her bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and is a graduate of the Country Day Class of 1995. Amy brings to the Board expertise in financial operations and a historical perspective through decades of involvement at Country Day. Her “Country Day career” began in 1980 as a pre-kindergarten student. She has experienced the school as a student, an employee (former alumni director and development coordinator), and a member of the class responsible for establishing the Lifer tradition at Country Day. Since graduating from college, Amy has been an engaged member of the Country Day Alumni Association. She was involved in the creation of the Francie Tidey Award for Excellence in Education, helped lead the Steering Committee for the School’s 50th Anniversary Celebration, and chaired the all-school “Bringing Back the Gold” Celebration Weekend.
