Our Learning Specialists support students, teachers, and parents to help ensure that individual student needs are met. The Student Support Team includes several faculty members, the student support team, and the Lower School Division Head. This group meets regularly to talk about individual student progress and to brainstorm ideas to maximize learning, including differentiation, enrichment, or additional support that will allow the greatest success.

Learning Specialists also serve as liaisons between the school and any outside resources that may be needed to support a student’s growth and development. They work with parents, teachers, and outside professionals to make reasonable accommodations for diagnosed learning differences.
