Country Day's dynamic summer program is comprised of our parallel Camp Cavalier and Cavalier Academy classes. Between these two offerings, academic, athletic, and arts opportunities are available to students entering Kindergarten through Grade 12.
In our Camp Cavalier program, choose from morning, afternoon or full-day sessions. This program is great as a stand-alone and includes field trips, plenty of outdoor play, and engaging crafts and projects as well as character-building and bonding through our age-based camp groups. Though it is a robust program on its own, many families enroll their children in both Camp Cavalier & Cavalier Academy.
Cavalier Academy is a series of morning and afternoon classes ranging from art and archaeology to makerspace, science, and sports. Classes meet for one or two weeks.
Our 2022 Summer program will not be offered to the public due to COVID-19 restrictions. We will offer a modified program to Country Day families enrolled in the 2022-23 school year.
Mark your calendars! Lower School (K-5th) and Middle School (6th-8th) programs will run for two, 3-week sessions.
The dates are:
- June 21 – July 8
- July 11 – 29
High School will offer Biology and Pre-Calc Honors June 13 – July 15 and an Algebra 1 Boot camp from July 18 – 29.
More information will be shared with current and newly enrolled families this spring.
