Theatre

The Theater Director, Jane McGinnes, teaches Middle School and High School theater electives and directs and produces shows in both divisions. 

High School productions over the last few years include "Bronte" by Polly Tale, the musical "Babes in Arms" by Rodgers and Hart, Arthur Miller’s "All My Sons", Moliere’s "The Learned Ladies", "Arsenic and Old Lace" by Joseph Kesselring, "The Paper Chase" by Joseph Robinette, "Our Miss Brooks" by R.J. Mann, "Phantom Limb" - a play about bullying written by the Country Day High School Playwriting class, and a play with music and dance about fracking by former Theater Director, Brian Frishman. Recent Middle School plays include "Bewitched", "Ghost Stories", "Into the Woods" and "She Kills Monsters".
