PA Events
Fall Family Festival
Lunch, sweet treats, and beverages are provided and over the years have included pizza, tacos, hot dogs and hamburgers, tri-tip sandwiches, cotton candy, popcorn and popsicles. Last year’s dunk tank, where students got to “dunk” a favorite teacher or school administrator, was a huge hit. Expect that activity to continue for years to come.

Welcome Back to School Family Picnic
The back to school picnic started in 2024 in honor of Country Day’s 60th Anniversary. The picnic will continue yearly in September as a way for all families to gather, visit and celebrate the start of the new school year. Families bring their own picnic meals, and the PA provides drinks, dessert, music and blacktop games for the kids. The event will typically take place on the Lower School Quad.
Movie Nights
The PA sponsors movie nights for all divisions, both on campus and off. When on campus, the movie is played in the Gym and the event includes dinner, popcorn and of course, movie theater style-candy!
Division-Specific Events
The PA supports the Lower, Middle, and High School in their efforts to build community among students and parents in each division. While the Lower School students enjoys an afternoon at Foothills Skate Inn, Middle Schoolers could be having a tacos and trivia night while the high school students gather with their families for a night of friendly competition over cornhole and chili. The event possibilities are endless each year, and the PA strives to help with brainstorming ideas and executing exciting events for students of all ages from Pre-K to High School.
