JazzBand in the Teagarden!
Jazz students watched bands perform, performed themselves, and attended clinics at CSUS Teagarden Jazz Festival. Zachary and Aric, got on stage in the festival “jam” and took improvised solos with guest artist, Gunhild Carling. This inspiring event connects students with peer musicians from across the region.
Our jazz musicians included Amy B., Zema N., Ryan P., Zachary V., Tommy L., Aric R., Kai F., Jackson W., Sean W., Vann B., Harry H., and Wyatt H. Country Day had three award winners in that group. Congratulations to Zachary on the camp award and to Amy and Aric on the lessons award!
