Congratulations to The Medallion yearbook contributors, Claire G. ‘26 and Patrick T. ‘28. Their chalk mural spread got an honorable mention from the NSPA in their Clips & Clicks contest, a “highly competitive contest, with approximately 20% of the entries receiving recognition." This is the first time The Medallion has received an award in the Clips & Clicks contest.
Additionally, Associated Collegiate Press presented Best of Show awards at the conclusion of the JEA/NSPA Spring National High School Journalism Convention, which took place on April 26 in Seattle. The Glass Knife literary magazine won 6th place in the NSPA Best of Show competition for literary arts magazines! Our student newspaper, The Octagon, took 8th place for Best Newspaper (fewer than 1,800).
Congratulations to our student journalists and literary contributors!
