Student Visit Days

Pre-Kindergarten - 1st grade

Applicants, along with a caregiver, visit campus for a one-hour playdate. Applicants separate from their caregiver, participate in play with other children near their age, and accomplish a child-friendly assessment. Caregivers are invited to attend an on-campus reception during the playdate. One parent or caregiver is recommended to attend and no siblings, please.

2nd - 5th grade

Applicants visit during a regular school morning and spend time in a classroom with same-age peers. Students also accomplish a one-on-one assessment with a member of our learning assessment team. Visit days are arranged on mutually agreeable dates through the admission office.

Middle School

Applicants visit during scheduled, once a month visit mornings and attend two academic classes, experience morning break, accomplish a brief interview, and take a tour of campus.

High School

Applicants visit during scheduled, once a month visit mornings and attend two academic classes, experience an all High School morning meeting, and take a tour of campus.

Key Application Dates

  • February 13, 2026—Priority deadline for complete applications

  • March 6, 2026—Admission decisions for priority applications published in CavNET
  • March 13, 2026—Enrollment contracts due returned
  • April through August—Rolling admission as space availability permits
